Research lines:
I am interested in studying the effects of the environmental factors on the phenotypic sex in fish focusing on the epigenetic marks that modulate gene expression and genetic inheritance. My scientific background is based on fish physiology and reproduction as well as fish immunology. I am an expertise in functional genomics strategies based on transcriptomic, epigenomic and metabolomic methodologies.
